Christmastime

I am currently watching The Santa Clause. It brings back such good memories. I remember watching it in my little brother's room on a small TV when I was little when we had company over. I have two exams next week, but they are in my easiest classes, so I'll start studying tomorrow. It is so nice to just relax and not worry about doing any assignments for a month. I cannot wait to go home on Thursday and I'm actually happy my exam is at 8am that day because that means I get to go home really early.

One of my favorite things about Christmastime is that I get to be with all my cousins and have numerous Christmas dinners with all of them. Even though I don't really like to socialize, I don't consider it socializing when I'm with my family. They've all known me my entire life and know pretty much everything about me so I don't need to worry about anything with them. It was also snowing yesterday and it was beautiful.

Currently I'm reading two books, Nearer Than the Sky (which I started last night) and Firebirds Soaring. I finished Pygmalion the other day and if I finish these 2 books then I'll have read 39 books for the year. I really wish I could make it too 40, but I'm too addicted to TV and Veronica Mars at the moment.

I sort of wish that had something more interesting to write about, but I'm afraid that's it.

Family

I love my family, however when it comes to me tagging videos or pictures on facebook with them in it I find that most of them remove themselves. I tagged my brother in a video he said he would love me to put up on facebook, only to have him untag himself a couple of minutes later. There is nothing I love more than my entire family and I don't think anything less of them because of these instances, it's just annoying. I wish I didn't have to filter everything on facebook. That is one of the reasons I love tumblr so much.

Moving on, today I completed one out of my three finals and it feels great. I think I did really well on it. I also found out that I will be getting either a B- or an A- (depending on how well I do on my paper) for one of the class I was worried about.

Also my new obsession is Misha Collins. He is just so gorgeous and hilarious. I cannot wait until Friday for Supernatural.

The weather outside is frightful

It is freezing out today and it seems like everyday there are constant flurries. Today I had a Horticulture review in class where are professor basically just gave out the answer to questions at the end of each chapter which are also the exam questions. I have been really unhealthy this weekend and I told myself I would be better today, but I got an orange soda for lunch and I know I shouldn't have.

Tonight I'm going to a gift exchange party for the Harry Potter club. It should be a lot of fun. I wrapped my present with a piece of paper I printed out with a Hogwarts crest on it, I think it looks awesome. After that I have to go take pictures for a group scrapbook for Speech class. This class has given me so much stress this semester and it's supposed to be a gen ed, which I don't think is fair. I really want to watch more Veronica Mars right now, but I don't want to risk going over my bandwidth. I've already watched 2 episodes today. Instead I'm watching some Sherlock Holmes movie that is horribly hilarious. I think I'm just going to read and try to finish Pygmalion instead.

One last thing, Darren Criss on Glee has been the highlight of this semester.

How's junior year?

There are two more weeks before this semester ends! This is the last week of classes. I have one exam and then only two finals to worry about during finals week! I am more than half way done with college and it is amazing. It actually seems like this should be the end of Spring semester though because it has been so long and stressful. I should be getting to sleep now considering it's 12 am on Sunday and I have class tomorrow. Currently I am obsessed with watching Veronica Mars. I started watching it during Thanksgiving break and today I started season two. There are only three seasons so I probably should slow down, but Netflix makes that really hard.

I would have considered this to be a productive weekend. I finished a paper, worked on a project due this week, and caught up on 6 web lectures for my Horticulture exam on Wednesday. All I have to worry about this week now is studying more for my exam and finishing a group scrapbook I have to do for a class project. This semester has definitely been the most stressful. Even though my very first semester was really hard, the class I'm taking now count more because they are for my major.

I was going to write this earlier, but I was updating by theme and everything having to do with Google goes so slow when I am plug into the Ethernet. I'm not really sure why that is. All I can say is that I cannot wait for Christmas!
